Nouvelle garde story
In May 2019, we opened Brasserie Bellanger, the first one of the Nouvelle Garde group.
Since then, the group has grown and now includes nine brasseries: Brasserie Dubillot, Brasserie Martin, Brasserie Des Prés, Brasserie Charlie, Brasserie Campion in Lille, Brasserie Barbotin in Marseille, Brasserie Des Deux Rives in Lyon and Brasserie Vinatier in Bordeaux.
The group will now move into another dimension : with Brasserie Olivia in London, we are looking for 70 new talents.
All our teams have a common goal: to live a crazy human adventure and promote the French way of life.
